The Long Institute studies the interaction between business and law with leading partners around the world. Institutionally it has developed a key strategic partnership with Fudan University, School of Management and School of Law. Similarly, the Long Institute is partnered with the Institute of Cognition and Behavioral Studies and KoGuan Law School, both at Shanghai Jiaotong University. The Long Institute has also partnered with Xiamen University, establishing an academic exchange program, funded by the Kay Family Foundation. For research, the Long Institute collaborates with leading scholars from around the world. These include scholars from within the UC system or the U.S., for instance from UC Berkeley, UC Davis, and Harvard. They include scholars from leading schools in China, such as Wuhan University and the China University of Political Science and Law. And they include scholars from European universities, including Oxford, Bar-Ilan and Ben-Gurion.
